When the hopper of the compressed garbage truck is filled with garbage, the scraper is opened, and the sliding plate drives the scraper to move downwards together, inserting into the garbage for crushing and initial compression. The scraper rotates forward to further compact the garbage. After the scraper reaches its position, it moves upwards with the sliding plate, compressing and filling the garbage into the garbage bin, and then returns to the starting position. The entire working process is automatically controlled. During continuous garbage compression and filling, the push shovel, under the action of squeezing force, gradually retreats against the back pressure, achieving bidirectional compression of garbage and evenly filling the entire garbage bin. When the compressed garbage truck unloads garbage at a disposal (or landfill) site, the filler is lifted, and the push shovel moves backwards, pushing the garbage out of the garbage bin in a horizontal direction.

●Frame structure: The garbage bin is constructed with a sturdy frame structure welded from reinforced beams and steel plates. The bottom surface is a concave plane, while the sides and top surface are curved surfaces, presenting an aesthetically pleasing appearance. It is lightweight, well-stressed, and remains deformation-free. The shovel is composed of a steel pipe frame and folded panels, which not only provides a lightweight structure but also enables even distribution of garbage, ensuring clean and thorough unloading. The filler is mainly composed of components such as the filler shell, sliding plate, and scraper plate. Each component adopts a well-stressed beam plate or box-type structure, providing a sturdy yet lightweight structure;
● Sealing treatment eliminates secondary pollution. Garbage is kept in a sealed state during the compression, loading, and transportation processes. The joint surface between the garbage bin and the loader is sealed with a specially made rubber sealing strip. The front end of the garbage bin features a sewage tank consisting of the garbage bin and the rear of the push shovel, with a volume of 1.35 m³. The lower part of the loader has a sewage tank with a volume of 0.3 m³, and its water inlet can accommodate sewage leaked due to aging or damage of the sealing strip between the garbage bin and the loader during use. The sewage tank is equipped with a cylinder-controlled or manually-controlled drain valve, facilitating the discharge of sewage at designated locations. The loader lid fully covers the loading port of the loader, eliminating the phenomenon of garbage dust flying due to airflow disturbance from the rear of the vehicle during transportation, while also enhancing aesthetics;
● Combined electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic control The control system of this vehicle integrates the advantages of electronic control, pneumatic control, and hydraulic control. It controls the pneumatic system through the electronic control system, which in turn controls the hydraulic valve group. This effectively resolves the interface issue between the hydraulic system and the electrical system. By leveraging the characteristic of multi-way directional valves being more resistant to oil contamination than solenoid directional valves, the system eliminates valve sticking and enhances operational reliability and efficiency;

● Hydraulic lifting safety circuit: In the hydraulic system of the lifting filler, an explosion-proof valve is installed, which cuts off the direct connection between the lifting cylinder and the hydraulic hose. Even if the hose bursts, the filler will not suddenly fall, thus preventing severe accidents and enhancing operational safety;
● Automatic and manual operation systems: Each mechanism has both automatic and manual operation modes. If the automatic operation of the compressed garbage truck malfunctions, manual operation can be used to complete the mechanism's tasks and unload the garbage, ensuring high efficiency of the garbage truck while providing great convenience for debugging, maintenance, and fault handling;
●Automatic control of engine power output: Engine power output control, also known as throttle control, can be fully automated through the electrical system, meeting the power requirements during garbage compaction cycles and pushing and unloading operations. Under other operating conditions, the engine automatically enters an idle state, reducing power loss and the incidence of malfunctions, lowering fuel consumption, and improving operational economy;
● Advanced electronic control system: It adopts imported PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for integrated control. The control circuit is generated within the PLC, utilizing a logic circuit to ensure that all operational instructions are executed sequentially, while also ensuring interlocking between each operational instruction. There are only external line connections, reducing the occurrence of faults, avoiding accidents caused by misoperations, and enhancing reliability. A specially designed emergency brake button allows the waste compaction mechanism to stop in any state or position, ensuring the safety of operators and equipment;
● Convenient operation control: The operation control boxes are installed in the cab and at the rear of the vehicle respectively. The operation control box in the cab can control the pushing and discharging operations and select the operation mode (such as automatic or manual), while the operation control box at the rear controls the operations of the compaction and tipping mechanisms, making the use and operation very convenient. Especially in landfills, operators can complete the unloading and sewage discharge without getting off the vehicle. A wired remote control device can be installed according to user requirements;
● Garbage compaction trucks are equipped with various tipping mechanisms. Different users can choose to install different tipping mechanisms according to their different garbage collection methods: standard garbage iron drums ZBT59003-88 (300 liters), plastic garbage bins (240 liters), on-board small garbage bins (800 liters), sealed covered garbage bins (1400 liters), and large garbage bins (3350 liters);
● High-quality imported components: Key components of the electrical and hydraulic systems, such as PLCs, proximity switches, buttons, and cylinder seals, are all imported, enhancing the operational reliability of the garbage truck;
Additionally, please note the safety precautions for the use of compressed garbage trucks: During engine operation, it is absolutely forbidden to enter the "box" or "hopper". In cases of inspection, adjustment, or other unavoidable situations, the engine must be stopped, the key removed, and the operator must enter with the key on their person. When the engine is running, accidental operation or other reasons may cause the device to inadvertently operate, posing a risk of getting caught or pulled in. Therefore, the engine must be stopped, the key removed, and the operator must enter with the key on their person.
