Zhongye Jingcheng has taken the "six high cold rolling mill" as a breakthrough point and successfully developed core equipment technologies such as twenty high rolling mill, leveling machine, acid washing, continuous annealing, continuous hot plating, electroplating, color coating, and finishing. It has laid out more than 100 patents and greatly improved the localization rate of cold rolling equipment technology.
The key technologies of the acid rolling joint production line process equipment include laser welding, high tension stretching and scale breaking, shallow groove turbulent acid washing, turret trimming, high-precision five/six stand six roll cold rolling, high-speed shearing, concentric axis double winding, AC variable frequency main drive and other advanced technologies, reaching the international advanced level. On the premise of ensuring high surface area, high precision, high equipment stability, and low energy consumption in production, the maximum pickling speed is 270m/min and the maximum rolling speed is 1500m/min for stable operation. The industrial application of a rolling speed of 1800m/min has been completed, and more than 30 patents have been obtained.
Key technologies for continuous galvanizing (aluminum zinc) production line process equipment: adopting multi-stage waste heat recovery technology, efficient cleaning technology, furnace nose zinc ash control and cooling patented technology, large rolling force finishing and online quick change technology, fully servo roller coating machine, high-precision turret edge cutting shear, high-performance flying shear, high stiffness adaptive belt coiler and other key technologies.
