Following the galvanization process, the sheets are folded and trimmed to fit the specific dimensions of the bin. The bin is then put together and painted with an epoxy finish and priming coat.

 

This zinc bath causes a layer of zinc to build up on the steel sheet's surface. This zinc layer protects the steel sheet against rust and corrosion.
