What is a garbage collection station?

Aug 22, 2024

Garbage collection stations are mainly divided into four types of products: vertical garbage collection stations, buried garbage collection stations, mobile garbage collection stations, and split garbage collection stations (commonly known as garbage compression equipment). With the increase of urban household waste, traditional garbage stations can no longer meet the capacity of existing garbage treatment. In order to compress and reduce the volume of garbage faster and more efficiently, vertical garbage collection stations can meet the processing needs of existing garbage, reduce the number of garbage compression and transportation, and greatly reduce the work of sanitation workers. Next, let's explain the vertical garbage collection station.

Vertical garbage collection stations are suitable for cities, towns, communities, and residential areas, and the amount of household waste processed varies depending on the size of the site. Garbage collection stations can also be built based on the density of personnel, generally divided into small garbage collection stations, medium-sized garbage collection stations, and large garbage collection stations.

Workflow of Vertical Garbage Collection Station
1. After the sanitation workers collect the household garbage from the surrounding residents' disposal points, they transport it to the garbage transfer station and pour the garbage into the compressed bin of the vertical garbage collection station;
2. The vertical garbage collection station compresses the garbage dumped in the box compression bin;
3. After being compressed into a garbage block weighing about 4 tons, the garbage is pushed into the garbage storage bin using a pushing device;
4. Then continue to dispose of garbage and compress it into two pieces;
5. After compressing the two large garbage blocks, lift the compression box with a lifting device to a height of about 1.5 meters above the ground;
6. The garbage truck is connected to the garbage bin, and a push head is used to push the garbage blocks into the garbage bin. The garbage truck transports the compressed garbage to the processing site for the next cycle.
