Nevertheless, they are more susceptible to damage from sharp objects or heavy impacts and may not withstand vandalism as effectively as metal bins.

 

Both galvanized iron and plastic garbage bins have distinct advantages and disadvantages under varying environmental conditions. Galvanized iron bins offer superior durability in high-temperature settings and resistance to physical damage but require maintenance to prevent rust in humid environments. Plastic bins provide excellent moisture resistance and ease of handling but may suffer in extreme temperatures and are more vulnerable to physical damage.
