At PGGP, we understand the importance of minimizing shipping costs for our clients. To achieve this, our waste containers are designed with a unique shape-wider at the top and narrower at the bottom. This design allows for stacking, saving valuable space in shipping containers and reducing transportation costs.
During the loading process, we employ a systematic approach to ensure the safety and efficiency of the shipment. First, a metal pallet is placed at the base of each stack to provide stability and prevent movement during transit, which could otherwise damage the containers. Once the stack is secure, all detachable components, such as lids and wheels, are stored inside the topmost container of the stack. This not only protects these parts but also keeps them organized for easy assembly upon delivery.
Using forklifts, each stack is carefully loaded into the shipping container. Afterward, our team manually adjusts the positions within the container to maximize the use of available space. This meticulous process ensures that no room is wasted, helping our customers save on shipping costs.
Each PGGP waste container model has a specific loading capacity for standard container sizes. For example, the 1100-1 model can fit up to 153 units in a 40HQ container, while the larger 3200L model accommodates only 64 units. However, if smaller waste containers are part of the order, they can be placed in the remaining space to further optimize the load.
We tailor our loading plans based on the specific order quantities of each client. By carefully calculating the most efficient arrangement, we help our customers minimize unnecessary transportation costs while ensuring their waste containers arrive in perfect condition.
At PGGP, our commitment to efficiency and customer satisfaction drives every step of the process, from design to delivery. We are proud to offer solutions that not only reduce costs but also enhance the overall shipping experience for our clients.
